CUSTOM ARTWORK & FILE UPLOAD DISCLAIMER

By uploading artwork, images, logos, photographs, or other files to Black Sheep Custom Design, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

FILE QUALITY

Customers are responsible for providing the highest-quality artwork available.

DO NOT UPLOAD:

• Screenshots
• Images saved from Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other social media
• Blurry, pixelated, distorted, or low-resolution images
• Photos of another screen or printed design
• Images with unwanted backgrounds
• Files containing watermarks
• Artwork you do not have permission to reproduce

Whenever possible, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

BACKGROUND REMOVAL

If your design is intended to print without a background, please upload a file with the background already removed.

If background removal or artwork cleanup is requested, Black Sheep Custom Design may make reasonable adjustments to prepare the artwork for printing. However, complicated artwork, low-quality images, detailed background removal, redraws, vectorization, or extensive design work may require an additional artwork fee.

Removing a background does not automatically improve the quality of a low-resolution image.

WE PRINT WHAT YOU UPLOAD

Artwork is generally printed based on the file provided by the customer.

Low-quality artwork may result in:

• Pixelation
• Blurry or jagged edges
• Poor detail
• Unwanted backgrounds
• Color variations
• Reduced print quality

Black Sheep Custom Design is not responsible for poor print quality caused by the quality of the customer's original uploaded file.

SCREENSHOTS ARE NOT PRINT-READY FILES

Please do not submit screenshots as artwork.

Screenshots are typically compressed and low resolution and may contain backgrounds, interface elements, unwanted pixels, or other quality issues.

If a screenshot is the only artwork available, additional artwork preparation fees may apply before the order can be printed.

ARTWORK SIZE & RESOLUTION

For the best results, files should be submitted at the intended print size and at approximately 300 DPI whenever possible.

Increasing the dimensions or DPI of a small, blurry image does not restore missing detail or make the artwork truly high resolution.

COLORS

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may appear different from the final printed product.

DTF printing uses CMYK-based production methods, while most screens display RGB colors. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically arranged before production.

TRANSPARENT ARTWORK

Transparent areas of uploaded artwork will not print.

Customers are responsible for verifying that all portions of the design they want printed are visible and that important white elements have not accidentally been removed when creating transparency.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission, licensing, or legal authorization to reproduce it.

Black Sheep Custom Design is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual-property violations resulting from artwork supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork we believe cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, all custom sales are final.

NO REFUNDS.

Exchanges or replacements will only be considered when there is a verified printing or production defect caused by Black Sheep Custom Design.

Customer-supplied artwork problems, incorrect information approved by the customer, incorrect sizes ordered, low-resolution files, color differences caused by screen displays, or changes requested after production has begun are not considered printing defects.

BY UPLOADING YOUR FILE

By submitting artwork and placing your order, you confirm that you have reviewed your file and accept responsibility for the quality, accuracy, content, and authorization of the artwork submitted.

Please upload the best-quality original artwork available. No screenshots. No blurry photos. No low-resolution images.
